Any item purchased from www.azugu.com can be returned for a refund or a replacement with an item of equal value, if the item is returned within 7 days of purchase. In such cases, the item has to be returned in a resalable condition with all packaging and accessories intact. Items returned after 7 days but before 15 days in the aforementioned condition, would be accepted subject to a 0% restocking fee and must be in a good resalable condition.
Please keep your original invoices and other attached documents or receipt as it is your proof of purchase and if you intend to exchange, refund or repair any item within the conditions below, no exchange or refund will be considered without it.
1. Exchange or return is possible ONLY within 7days of purchase from date of invoice subject to the terms herein.
2. No Exchange or return shall be made without the original sales invoice & Warranty card provided and the product (Including the unit carton) is returned unused and unopened (original seal not broken) along with accessories (Freebies if applicable)
3. Exchange or returns is only allowed at our head office
4. No exchange or returns is allowed for the following item categories, all accessories, Software, Movie, Gaming titles, Cartridges & toners or personal care products.
5. Any refund will be in a form of a Gift Voucher/Shopping Voucher, to be redeemed within a period of 60days. No cash refund or Credit card refund will be allowed
If you receive a wrong purchase of order, or if item(s) purchased is/are missing from your delivery package, please call our Customer center (233) 050-619-8919/(233) 030-278-8089 immediately for redress, clarification and rectification and a correct order will be re-delivered to you the same day.
If the item of purchase you receive is defective and requires repair then, standard warranty conditions of the manufactures shall apply, collection for repairs/warranty services will be at our designated collection centers in selective service centers.
Please note that for health reasons, returns of personal items or domestic appliance such as hand dryer, personal purifier, hair straightener are not accepted.
