Shipping & Delivery
All orders will be processed for delivery up to 2-5 working days after order confirmation, we work 6 days a week between 09:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday, and 09:00am to 2:00pm on Saturdays. You can also opt for delivery to your door step or at your office. All deliveries will attract a fee. Delivery fee would be based on your location, charges will be applied at when checking out. Returns & Replacement
Any item purchased from www.azugu.com can be returned for a replacement with an item of equal value if the item is returned within 7 days of purchase. In such cases, the item has to be returned in a resalable condition with all packaging and accessories intact. Items returned after 7 days but before 15 days in the aforementioned condition, would be accepted subject to a 0% restocking fee and must be in a good resalable condition.
