How do I search for products?

Place cursor on the category tab on the left of the homepage to view the categories. Place cursor on category of choice and drop down of products within that category will appear. You can also use the search bar located at the top of our homepage to find your preferred products.

How do I register?

Kindly place the cursor on ‘My Account’ tab located at the top right of our homepage. A menu will drop down with different options. Click on ‘Account’ tab and a screen will pop up asking you to log-in or create an account. Fill in with your details and click on submit to be verified for an account. You will have access to your account instantly

How can I sell my products on your website?

To become a business partner, kindly send an email with your information on your product and company information to enquiries.cs@azugu.com Please include photos and information about your products. A member of our vendor management team will contact you shortly.

How do I place an order on your website?

Once you have found your preferred product, just follow the steps below:

    • Select your preferred colour/size and then click on ‘Add to Cart’, to add this product into your cart.

Click on the ‘view cart and checkout’ tab to complete your order.

    • At checkout, click on ‘Proceed to checkout’ and fill out a form with your personal details and delivery address. Select delivery method and Preferred Payment Method and click on ‘Place Order Now’.

If you are a returning customer, please log-in - Click on your preferred payment option before clicking the ‘Place order’ button and wait for your order number to track your order.

If we do not currently carry a particular item, please let us know. We are always looking to broaden our product selection to meet demand.

When will I get my product after I place an order (delivery period)?

You track your orders when you login your account to view the history of all your orders placed within specific time frame and duration All orders will be processed for delivery up to 2-5 working days after order confirmation, we work 6 days a week between 09:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday, and 09:00am to 2:00pm on Saturdays. You can also opt for delivery to your door step or at your office. All deliveries will attract a fee. Delivery fee would be based on your location, charges will be applied when checking out. Do you have an office address?

Yes, we do. Azugu is a brand owned and operated by Huxley Black, a Think Tank hub of professionals borne out of the desire to move away from the ordinary. Huxley Black is head quartered in Ghana and located on the 5th circular road extension at Labone, Accra.

Can I pick up my item instead of having it delivered?

azugu.com.gh operates an efficient and convenient delivery service to your home or office.

How do you charge for shipping?

A charge is applied based on your order weight and your shipping address.

What if I am not home at the time of delivery?

Our dispatch personnel would call you before making the delivery. If you are unavailable to receive your item, a re-delivery will be scheduled within 3 days. Please note that your order will be cancelled after 3 delivery attempts.

Can my order be delivered to an office address?

Yes. Your order can be delivered to any address that is convenient for you. Make sure you enter this address in the “delivery address” field when you complete your checkout.

How do I track my order?

If I order multiple items, will I receive all my items in a single package?

We always strive to send you a complete package with all of your order items. However, we may deliver items separately in order to ensure timely delivery.
